Effective 2026-10-14. PRZM AI-Hub ("the app") is a private automation tool operated by SHADOW PRZM AIR S.A.S. ("the operator") for its owner's own use. It has no other users.
When the owner signs in with Google and approves access, the app can use these permissions on the owner's own Google account: Google Sheets (read and edit the owner's spreadsheets) and Google Apps Script projects (read and edit the owner's scripts). The app does not access email, contacts, calendar, photos or any other Google data.
The app uses that access only to run the owner's bookkeeping automation: reading paycheck and budget sheets, writing the resulting rows into the owner's ledger spreadsheet, and keeping records of what it did. Automation scripts, and AI assistants that the owner personally operates, may process this data on the owner's behalf for these tasks only. The operator does not use Google user data to develop, train or fine-tune AI or machine-learning models.
The operator does not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to anyone, and does not use it for advertising. No person other than the owner reads it.
Access tokens are kept in the owner's password managers and in access-restricted configuration folders on the owner's own computers. The app keeps no separate copy of the owner's sheet contents beyond the spreadsheets themselves and backups the owner makes of them.
Tokens remain until the owner revokes them or they expire. The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the app can no longer reach the account.
PRZM AI-Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The app is not directed to children.
